Here at Roll's Meats we take the greatest care in providing your family with delicious venison products. You can feel good about what you will be feeding your family as we are the only establishment in Blair County that will not combine your venison with that of any other customer's. Each order is handled individually so that you may truly enjoy the harvest of your personal hunt.

PLEASE NOTE:

We NO longer provide venison cutting services. We DO NOT cut hindquarters, shoulders, whole deer or make chipped steaks. We will continue to provide grinding services and accept clean boneless venison for sausages and home bake bologna [see below].

WE DO NOT PROCESS WHOLE DEER. WE ONLY ACCEPT VENISON IN CLEAN AND FRESH CONDITION. WE REQUEST THAT A HALF DOWN DEPOSIT OF ESTIMATED TOTAL BE PLACED AT TIME OF DROP OFF. WE ACCEPT MAJOR CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS.

Venison Home-bake Bologna   Uncle Roll's Recipe from the 1930's for delicious ring bologna. This fresh uncooked bologna is carefully mixed, seasoned and handed stuffed for perfect flavor and texture that freezes well. Simply bake on a cookie sheet at 300 degrees for 50 minutes and enjoy this warm smokey snack, or chill and enjoy later.
